The April 20th, 508/2007 Royal Decree, amended with the June 22nd 812/2007 Royal Decree, regulates the necessary information regarding emissions in accordance to the E-PRTR Regulation and the environmental integrated authorizations and its objective is to establish the extra norms regarding the necessary information in order to comply with the European Registry PRTR, part of the CE Regulation nº166/2006 Preparation of the Environmental Risk Analysis report (UNE 150008 norm), quantification and economic valuation of environmental damage.
